Our suites and rooms:
All of our guest suites and rooms have private phones, televisions, refrigerators and coffee makers. Enjoy our daily, full breakfast in the sunroom or out on the patio. Each accommodation offers complimentary bottled water, fresh roasted coffee beans, and a selection of teas. For your comfort in the summer, we use evaporative cooling, creating not only comfortably cool air but also adding some much needed humidity. |

*Rates are seasonal and based on double occupancy with a two-night minimum stay. For single guests subtract $20 per night, for each additional guest over double occupancy, add $20 per night. Summer rates apply to all holidays and special events. There is a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation, the balance is due upon arrival. Cancellations require 14 days notice prior to arrival and there is a $30 cancellation fee.

| The Olive Tree Room |
| Two large historic windows frame the old Olive Tree just outside
this fully handicap accessible room with a king bed and handcarved
corbels and beams. The Ecuadorian limestone tiled bath has a large
walk-in shower. This room can be joined to the Territorial Suite.

| Offering its own private courtyard and garden, this spacious Casita

on to the private patio garden - the perfect romantic getaway.

| The Monterey Room |

Just a five-minute drive from the Inn and the Plaza, this large, sunny room, adjacent to our San Juan Guest House in a quiet residential neighborhood, is entered through a private patio. The small bath has a Jacuzzi tub and handpainted tiles. It is air-conditioned. Breakfast is not included. There is no cable television.

| The Main House |
| This Historic sunny Arts and Crafts bungalow with unique New Mexican
touches, overlooks the gardens. The two wood burning fireplaces, one
in the living room and one in the dining room, create a warm and welcoming
atmosphere. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with
a queen bed, and two baths. A third small room with double futon is
also available. There is a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer.
Perfect for two to six guests, the Main House is available to one
party only.
